I am not able to connect my phone thru USB, i have windows 7 – 32bit.
I installed software (Samsung new pc studio & USB drivers) from CD which comes along with the phone.
Please help me, so that i can update 1.5 to 1.6

i have some problem with carlo, i did every steps but i skip the step back-up for data, after “pass” on my phone it only appear samsung, and do not turn on,

I am experiencing the same problem as Carlo. However I did backup my phone and formatted the phone as suggested. But now after it said pass all it does is flash samsung. I let it boot for TWO HOURS! Could you please suggest a way to rememdy this. I’d have to have a worthless phone that I just purhcased. Thank you for any help you can provide.
