Nokia N8 up for Pre-Booking at Rs26,259 in India-Launch Date Unconfirmed Mid Oct

Should we consider that as a promotional discounted price or Royalty Price for having this phone before than rest of us? Seems second option is more likely to what Nokia is Planning! Will you Pre-book Latest Nokia N8 for this price of Rs. 26,259? I guess this promotional price would drop straight away to Rs. 25,000. But as we heard, Nokia N8 will only be available in Nokia Priority Stores at the launch and it will take around few weeks for them to reach to local retailers and multi-brand shops like Hotspot and The Mobile Store!
