  Hello.

  I got my SONY ERICSSON XPERIA X10i just recently.

  I have the following queries would be grateful if you can help me.

  1) I can access my sim card properly however the phone reads as ” Simcard Unavailable” dunno why?????? I can call,sms, receive calls & sms. Does this mean phone is unlocked? Is there a way I can do it FREE???????

  2) I dunno how to use the application SERVE ME I want to change it to English.

  3) I want arabic font and

  4)Arabic dictionary which should accessible without internet.

  5) how do i get these app on my SE X10 available on http://shiamobile.com/downloads.asp

    - Simcard un-avialable is a bug. Ignore it.
    - You can contact the dev’s of the app for it.
    - search the blog for a step by step guide on it.
    - Search Android Market and you’ll find several dictionary. I’ll recommend Colordict.

  I cant root the xperia x10 mini with adroid 2.1
  ***IF IT KEEPS LOOPING, TRY DISABLING USB DEBUGGING NOW***
  is the only pharse and process start again, after 3 or 4 times phone is rebooted

  i have updated my x10 using sony ericson update service from 1.6 to 2.1…
  well now i want to root my phone to the same 2.1 update…
  also i got the multi touch update….
  well rooting my phone with this method will void my multitouch update???
  also wat r d benefits of rooting phone???

  download, extract, run, plug. Got into a loop, when i switched the Debug USB option the program just stopped responding. Nothing. Re-enable the USB debug, and it goes back to loop. Needless to say I got nowhere near rooting. Any suggestions?
  PS- tried Z4 and uni’ androot already…

  got stuck on waiting for device, enabled debugging started push of rageagainsttecage then looped, unchecked debugging sticks at waiting for device again.
  it also tried to say my sd card was damaged but a reboot solved that.
  am I missing something?
  have experia x10 with 2.1 android

  when i click root everything goes fine until it gets to running rageagainstthecage then it keeps looping and i disable the debugging then enable it again and it still loops. can anyone help me pleeease
