  1. Hi all,
FYI, I recently updated my X10i in India to the latest update thru PC companion,
    Firmware ver 2.1-update1
    Baseband ver 2.1.54
    Kernel ver 2.6.29 SEMCuser@SEMCHost#1
    Build no 2.1.A.0.435
and found that this update sucks, due to
1)I have lost the .wav, .mp3 ringtone support. It supports only the built-in .ogg tunes.
    2) The phone’s ringtone volume(output)has been drastically reduced. I could hardly hear it ringing.
Will there be any immediate update/support to recover these bugs (or) pls let me know to downgrade to previous update i.e.,
    Firmware ver 2.1-update1
    Baseband ver 2.0.49
    Kernel ver 2.6.49 SEMCuser@SEMCHost#1
    Build no 2.0.2.A.0.24
I wonder why SE is still so unprofessional by launching faulty updates?!?!?! should we wait for another 6months for this to happen?!?!

  2. Hi i just tryed this, first time “flashing” my phone, i guess it didnt worked, couse i cant use multitouch zoom, etc, here is what i did,

i boundled the folder of the multitouch, in version i used 2.1, x10, then i pluged my phone in flash mode (connected the usb pressing the back key) it said “flashed succesfully”, turn phone on, and said “Now unplug the device and power it on – Then go to application settings-turn on Unknown Sources and Debugging” witch i already had enabled, anything wrong there?

Tnx in advanced and please excuse my poor english, not native 😛

  3. I rooted the phone from the X10Flasher, granted access, and put the dualtouch folder inside the firmware folder inside the flash tool. When I choose to flash the device I get into the “Firmware Selection” screen but there is no file to select. What´s wrong? Thanks
